Missed Call Services

Missed Call services facility is available to our Cardholders for information relating to -
Last 5 transaction details
Amount due for payment
Due date for payment
Unbilled amount
 
Missed Call Services facility can be availed only from registered mobile no of the cardholders. The facility will not be available on any other number
 
Cardholders may avail of the facility by following these simple steps -
Cardholder should send a missed call from his/her registered mobile number to +919223512345.
Bank will trigger an out-bound call to cardholder's registered mobile number.
On answering the call, cardholder will receive an Interactive Voice Response prompting to -
Press 1 for Amount due and Due Date .
Press 2 for Last 5 Transactions .
Press 3 for Un billed amount .
Based on the input received from cardholder, relevant details as requested will be delivered through SMS on
   his registered mobile.
